Michael Faust is a 48 year old entrepreneur married for 20 years with 2 children, 14 and 16, who lives on the Gold Coast, in Australia.

He started his first business at age 22 operating a successful Natural Therapies Clinic for 16 years specializing in Remedial Massage, Nutrition, Herbal Medicine and Iridology.

During this time he ventured into Network Marketing and develop a successful team Australia wide in his first company qualifying for travel and car incentives.  It was during this time that Michael overcame a stutter, a speech impediment, that he had had since early childhood.  He found he loved teaching and communicating developing into a very proficient public speaker.

Over the last 20 years Michael has built a number of International Network Marketing teams achieving leadership levels in every company.  Michael also held a number of executive positions with large international Network Marketing companies looking after all areas of operation including shipping, accounts, marketing, sales, support, IT, and management.

In 2002 Michael started a consulting company called SolutionMinded specializing in helping people start up Network Marketing companies and providing complete online solutions to operate their company and support their members.  This also involved creating online solutions for leaders with large organizations who wanted a website and online marketing solution to expand their teams internationally.

In 2007 Michael took up a role as International Director of Sales and Marketing with a very successful travel club that grew to over 200,000 members in 180 countries in 2 years.

In July, 2008, Michael helped found an international Network Marketing company called Holidays and Cash which is an international success story and attracting members from over 100 countries.  In January, 2010, Michael resigned from Holidays and Cash and sold his shareholding to focus on launching his own company, Lekker International, launching in April, 2010.

Lekker International is the culmination of 20 years in the Network Marketing industry and is destined to be a market leader in the industry in the areas of travel, leisure, and wealth education.
